Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final.

A Lil Bit of Biz does not offer refunds on services, digital products, packages, consultations, or retainers once payment has been made. This includes, but is not limited to, personal styling services, color analysis, digital marketing services, consulting, strategy sessions, audits, downloadable resources, and custom deliverables.

Why We Have This Policy

Our work requires time, expertise, preparation, and creative labor that begins immediately upon booking or purchase. Because services and digital products are tailored specifically to each client, they cannot be returned or resold.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice as outlined in your booking confirmation or contract.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to show will not be refunded.

In some cases, services may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of A Lil Bit of Biz. Approved exceptions, if any, may be issued as a credit rather than a refund.

By booking a service or purchasing a product from A Lil Bit of Biz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
