Terms of service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services, digital products, events, and related offerings provided by A Lil Bit of Biz, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking a service, purchasing a product, or participating in a workshop or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or purchase any services or products from A Lil Bit of Biz.

1. COMMUNICATION POLICY

Client communication is handled during regular business hours (Monday through Friday). We do not respond to messages received after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. All communication must be submitted through the official contact form provided on our website.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All services require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.

Invoices must be paid in full within five (5) business days. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or release of your scheduled appointment or project.

By booking a service or purchasing a product, you authorize A Lil Bit of Biz to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due.

3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Clients may reschedule one (1) time per service with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or no-shows, may incur a rebooking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the original service cost.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the sole discretion of A Lil Bit of Biz.

4. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

Digital Products

  • Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Services

  • Non-refundable once work has begun, including delivery of prep materials, consultations, or scheduled sessions.

Physical Products

  • May be returned within seven (7) days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Client is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Any issues with orders must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery.

5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

By purchasing or booking services, the client agrees to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time

  • Submit required materials, forms, or media in advance as instructed

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Engage with services in good faith

Failure to meet these obligations may result in service delays, rescheduling fees, or cancellation at the discretion of A Lil Bit of Biz.

6. COLLABORATIONS

All collaboration, sponsorship, and feature requests must be submitted via the official contact form. We review submissions weekly and respond only to those that align with our brand and mission. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

A Lil Bit of Biz maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language or behavior, and any actions that create a hostile environment. Any client or participant found to be in violation will be removed from services or events immediately, with no refund.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared with A Lil Bit of Biz in the context of coaching, styling, or brand work is treated as confidential. We will not share, disclose, or repurpose your business, personal, or creative materials without your explicit consent unless required by law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided by A Lil Bit of Biz—whether digital downloads, worksheets, style guides, or recorded sessions—are the intellectual property of A Lil Bit of Biz, LLC and may not be reproduced, republished, or distributed without written permission.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
